To achieve this, we focused on creating a welcoming atmosphere through messaging and visuals that ease worries and foster comfort, while balancing personality and professionalism to ensure the brand communicates both credibility and compassion.
In an industry often characterized by serious, bleak, and impersonal branding, Total Balance seeks to redefine the experience. The goal is to offer patients a brand experience that transforms chiropractic treatments into an exciting self-care practice that people can look forward to.
For Total Balance’s messaging, we leaned into imagery-driven phrasing to evoke a visceral and tactile experience. Each sentence was crafted to paint a vivid picture, engaging the audience’s sense of touch and creating a deeper emotional connection to the brand’s promise of relief and renewal. This approach made the benefits of chiropractic care feel tangible, transforming abstract ideas into sensory, memorable impressions.
A marriage of clean subtle lines and curves characterize the Total Balance identity, paired with warm neutral tones that work together to evoke a professional yet inviting feel. These design elements were carefully chosen to paint a picture of the transformation patients feel - one that’s filled with comfort, warmth, and renewed excitement.
The submark is made of two arches seemingly forming a letter “B” which stands for balance. At the same time it was also designed to look like each vertebra stacked together to make up the spine, alluding to the brand’s nature of work.
For the brand's signature pattern, we incorporated Bauhaus-style shapes that resembling the natural curvature of the spine, while subtly spelling out "BALANCE". This unique touch reinforces the brand’s bespoke delivery of chiropractic care in an artistic and modern way.
